Captured light

That bubble of light fascinates me: it's basically a giant Chinese lantern, floating above a movie site. I have no idea how it works: it must have helium in it, because it's tied down; and it's so evenly and completely filled with such a white light. Where is the light?? Is there a bulb perfectly in the center? Held in the middle of the balloon without collapsing the balloon or making it misshapen? Aah, perfect! It was really so gorgeous, I don't know how they did it, but it was like a moon captured and pulled right down in their front yard, lighting everything around it with such a beautiful, white light that you wouldn't get even on the crispest November day.
